Warranty Policy
Every product sold at Patel Electronics is backed by a genuine manufacturer warranty. Here's everything you need to know.
1-Year Apple Warranty
All Apple products come with a full 1-year limited warranty from Apple India, honoured at any Apple Authorised Service Provider globally.
90-Day Repair Warranty
All repair and service work carried out at Patel Electronics is covered by a 90-day warranty on parts and labour.
Brand Warranty on All Products
Non-Apple products (gaming laptops, accessories) come with the respective manufacturer's warranty — typically 1 to 3 years.
Apple Product Warranty
All Apple products sold by Patel Electronics are genuine and covered by Apple's standard 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- Warranty is global — it can be claimed at any Apple Authorised Service Provider worldwide.
- Covers hardware defects and manufacturing faults under normal use conditions.
- Does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised modifications, or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents).
- To check your Apple warranty status, visit checkcoverage.apple.com and enter your device serial number.
AppleCare+ (Extended Warranty)
We recommend AppleCare+ for comprehensive coverage beyond the standard 1-year warranty.
- Extends coverage to 2 or 3 years depending on the plan.
- Includes up to 2 incidents of accidental damage coverage per year (subject to service fee).
- Priority access to Apple technical support via phone and chat.
- AppleCare+ must be purchased within 60 days of your Apple product purchase.

Non-Apple Product Warranty
All non-Apple products (gaming laptops, Windows laptops, accessories) come with the manufacturer's standard warranty:
- Gaming & Windows Laptops: Typically 1-year onsite or carry-in warranty from the manufacturer (HP, Dell, ASUS, Lenovo, etc.).
- Accessories: 6 months to 1 year depending on the brand.
- Used / Certified Pre-Owned Laptops: 1-year warranty from Patel Electronics covering hardware defects under normal use.
The specific warranty terms are printed on the invoice at the time of sale.
Repair Warranty (90 Days)
All repair and upgrade work performed at Patel Electronics carries a 90-day warranty on the specific repair carried out.
- Covers defects in workmanship and parts replaced during the repair.
- Does not cover new faults, physical damage, or liquid damage occurring after the device is collected.
- Does not cover issues unrelated to the original repair.
- To claim the repair warranty, bring your device along with the original repair invoice.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered under any warranty offered by Patel Electronics:
- Accidental damage (drops, cracks, spills) unless covered under AppleCare+.
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair attempts or third-party modifications.
- Normal wear and tear (battery degradation over time, cosmetic fading).
- Data loss in any circumstance — always maintain your own backups.
- Damage due to use with incompatible accessories or power sources.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
How to Claim Warranty
- Bring your device and original invoice to our store at LG 40, Trade Centre, South Tukoganj, Indore.
- Our technicians will inspect the device and assess the fault.
- If the fault is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product/component at no charge.
- For Apple products, we may need to coordinate with Apple's authorised service network — you will be kept informed throughout.
